Andor Health: Health Tech Ecosystem QR Code Reader
Andor Health's AI-native Health Tech Ecosystem MVP
This QR code is a live demo of Andor Health's AI-native health tech ecosystem MVP, built around CMS's Health Tech Ecosystem "Kill the Clipboard" initiative. Kill the Clipboard lets patients carry their health records and share them with a provider through a QR code (a SMART Health Link) instead of filling out the same paperwork at every visit.
Conversational AI Assistant
Andor pairs that with a conversational AI assistant that has full context of the patient's record, so every step feels like a conversation instead of a form.
Workflow Walkthrough
The demo walks through a Transitional Care Management visit: identity verification through ID.me, a digital front door for scheduling, pre-visit intake pulled from the patient's prior care records, and a QR code the patient generates to hand their information to the health system at check-in.
Real-World Application
The same workflow runs in Psynergy Health's ACCESS clinic.
No clipboard and no portal login
The patient presents
The patient opens their app and shows a QR code.
The front desk scans
Staff scan the code at check-in with a phone or tablet.
The record lands
Their history is in the chart before the visit starts.
Scan a patient's code
Use your camera, or try the sample code.
Recorded in the patient's audit log so they can see who opened their record.
A test patient record. Scan it from another device, or read it here.

Protocol trace
1. Decoded SMART Health Link
2. Encrypted file request
3. Decrypted FHIR Bundle
Built on open standards
The record is encrypted, the code expires on its own, and every scan is recorded so the patient can see who opened it.
